Unfortunately, my stay was marred by an unwelcoming experience at breakfast. The reception staff seemed indifferent and dismissive when I raised concerns about being charged twice for my stay. That defensive attitude left me feeling unsupported and frustrated during my visit.

The absence of a fridge is a real letdown!!! Shower design leads to slippery bathroom floors, which is a safety hazard!!! Consider improving air conditioning as it struggles in warm weather!!!

i had hopes for this place, but the very soft pillows were a disaster. the elevator was sheer chaos in the morning, i thought it was supposed to be a hotel, not a cattle call! of course, when i asked for an upgrade as a favor, they just looked at me like i had three heads. disappointing, really.

The location is convenient for exploring, with major attractions just 12 minutes away. The bed was particularly comfortable and ensured restful nights, even with the nearby tramlines. Impressive soundproofing kept the room quiet. Breakfast featured delicious, seasonal dishes, setting a delightful tone for the day. Daily cleaning service, upon request, was an excellent touch.

I stumbled upon some culinary gems nearby, like Sushi & Wein just a short walk away – top-notch sushi and sake! Plus, the hotel has a chill bar area where folks were sipping cocktails, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The only slight drawback was the location. it’s a bit of a trek to the Altstadt core. But fear not, the walk broke up my meals and helped me work up an appetite for dinner!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short tram ride to the city! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully varied. We loved the cleanliness too!

the leonardo hotel was easy to find and just a short walk from dresden mitte station. the staff were really friendly and helped us store our backpacks, making our city exploration hassle-free. the breakfast buffet was great, featuring a nice variety that kept us fueled for the day.

The staff promptly provided an iron on-demand, enhancing my overall experience. I appreciated the cleanliness of my Comfort Double or Twin Room, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to walk to the congress center and access public transport. The city view from my room was a delightful surprise, adding charm to my visit.

However, I wish the elevator could be more efficient during peak hours.

The Leonardo Hotel Dresden Altstadt offered a cozy stay with a tiny but clean room, conveniently adjustable temperature, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was reasonably priced and the location allowed easy walks to tourist attractions. There's a handy parking garage just steps away, making it even more convenient.

I had a great stay while visiting a circus in the area. The comfortable room allowed me to recharge after a busy day, and I really appreciated the coffee and tea amenities available. The hotel's bar area was a nice touch, especially to unwind in the evening with some cocktails. Being right next to a grocery store and a coffee shop made it super convenient for grabbing essentials during my stay.
